Incoming Whats App Message Error in Whats App Reports

Issue: “No content” error for the incoming message, preventing the Whats App activities to be posted at our end for any leads.



Root Cause: This type of error comes when the provider is sending incorrect payload format for incoming messages.

Solution: We should check with the provider to make sure the data payload is sent in the correct format for the incoming messages as supported by us as per the guide & contract.  So that respective Whats App activity can be posted at our end. For example PFB the screenshot this is the correct payload format for incoming messages for Whats App Client
