Problem statement: CX has reported an issue where the file names are changing when they are uploading them onto LSQ in nextgen.
Solution: I have checked with the Next Gen team, and they have confirmed the following:
When a file is uploaded to a particular field, the file name is displayed during the upload process. However, during display, it always shows the field name instead of the file name.
This is because the system stores the file based on the field name, not the uploaded file name.
