Issue : Error occurred while calling from LeadSquared C2C, error occurred mentioned below:
On Lead Page
On API Logs
Solution: Issue here is with the configuration placed in the Universal Telephony Connector , In Response Keyword “queued” needs to be passed as a value.
Please check, when updating the UTC Connector.

Note : Issue was observed while Ozonetel Telephony was configured in the account. This may vary from Telephony Vendors to vendors.
