This is with reference to an issue faced by TransWeb Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. ( org ID 12926 ).
They had set up an automation and it was in draft stage.
The initial issue reported was that the automation failed to load-
This page kept loading infinitely until the dev team made some changes.
A day later the automation crashed again with the following error-
This kept coming at intervals until finally when dev caught the issue.
Reason- The send email card had an emoticon which was crashing the automation since emojis are unsupportable.
