Click to call not working in CTM

Thank you for contacting LeadSquared Support

Problem statement: Click to call not working

There could be a possibility that the email of the CTM user profile is incorrect or not matching with LeadSquared user email address. 

Go through the steps of user creation to update the email address and reset the password. 

-> Go to Settings>>Manage users and find the user profile. 
-> Email should be same as LeadSquared user email
-> Send Instructions should be selected if they require Calling Functionality
