Issue: Opportunity Owner is automatically changing without any automation or manual change by the users.

Kindly check if the following setting is enabled for the tenant in Advanced configuration as this feature will change the owner of the opportunity on the lead owner change. The new lead owner will automatically become the opportunity owner for all child opportunities under that lead.
