Issue Description: On
form submission, the following error is received: “Lead
updated successfully. Failed to
create 1 activitie(s)”.
Possible Reason: There
could be some error/limit exceeded exception for a field.
Solution / Workaround: To check the exact error message open
developer tools in the web browser, go to Network tab and submit the form
again. Then check for the network logs for the error.
