Upgrad(tenant id-49074) Recently came with an issue where they were unable to delete lead field as that mentioned lead field was being used as quick search filters by certain users and getting the below error,
After reaching out to platform team, we were provided with a list of users which were using this as quick filter which then was communicated further and resulted in deletion,
However in case where users are unreachable, The platform team can delete the field from back end although it can be time consuming.
