Issue: The user is trying to configure Nudge connector and the configuration page was showing blank.
Solution : Tried reinstalling the connector but it was still blank. Upon checking we see that Carter is not enabled for the account. To configure the Nudge connector Carter should also be enabled. After enabling Carter the configuration page was visible.
