Task creation error | Calendly integration

Issue reported:

      – Tasks not created for existing/ new leads entering via calendly

            Error message:

                  

                  

Solution:

            The “Location” field was made available for all existing accounts by the product team under the “Task Entity” param mapping.

            (for accounts created post this date – 10th January 2022 and for new fields to be added please contact Anil Kumar Bhoomkar)

                  

                  

            Please make sure the “Default Mapping Key” column is populated correctly with the data received from Calendly.

            The mapping key may be retrieved from the response body of the “Transformation API” log.
