Assigning Users to Different Authentication Profiles in LeadSquared

When managing user profiles across different authentication profiles in LeadSquared, it’s important to note that users currently assigned to one authentication profile will not automatically appear in the “Available Users” list of another authentication profile. To assign a user to a new authentication profile, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:

1. Review Current User Assignment:

   • Identify the users who are currently assigned to a specific authentication profile. These users will not appear in the “Available Users” list of another profile until changes are made.
