Problem statement: Lapp codes not visible
In the Lapp card of automation, (async=1) is passed as a query string parameter. This disables the logging of code, which might not give a fail response even if Lapp fails. Attached screenshot below for reference.
Check with the Lapp developer as they have not logged the same.
