You can face issues where customer has requested Large exportable reports, but even if request was made 2 hours back, customer has not received it.
Reason
Reason for this is 2-hrs is an expected behaviour for Large exportable reports as currently there is one single queue which runs for entire Leadsquared tenant for executing large exportable reports. (Better to keep it internal in Leadsquared).
Always suggest customers to request LER in off business hours.
