Missing WhatsApp Template in Converse

Scenario: #

Multiple WhatsApp templates are approved at the provider level, as is reflected under WhatsApp templated, but only few are visible in Converse. 


RCA: #


1. Template Availability in Converse: For a template to appear in Converse, it must be explicitly marked as “Available in Converse.” If this option is not enabled, the template will remain approved but will not reflect in Converse.


2. Connector Settings: The Converse connector has specific controls under WhatsApp Business Connector > Converse tab where template usage is defined. If certain template types (e.g., Utility, Marketing, Authentication) are restricted at this level, the template will not be synced into Converse even though it is approved.
