Duplicate entry error in call log

HI Team,

 We had recenly found an error in which xylem had pushed a call logs  and had received the following error “{“Status”:”Failure”,”Message”:”Duplicate entry ‘+91-xxxxxxx5’ for key ‘Prospect_Base.UQ_Prospect_Base_Phone'”}” we had checked and found no duplicates for the same and while repushing the call log was getting recorded, This is a corner scenario and is timing-based and occurs very rarely. To avoid this scenario Async Api was suggested to us since it contains retry mechanism,
