Issue: Users not able to access manage leads page when they are trying it is taking to smart view of New UI
Root cause: Here Marvin is enabled in the tenant & Marvin’s restriction template is applied, hence its re-directing to Smart Views.
Solution: Enabling Manage Leads in the above restriction will resolve the issue
