Lead Fields Showing as Read-Only in Form

Problem Statement: In the form, some lead fields are showing as read-only for a user 


RCA: The fields had a “Lock After Create” property enabled. Since the user is a Sales Manager, this is the expected behavior – non-admin users cannot update the field values once the lead is created. 


Solution:  Disable the “Lock After Create” property for the required fields if post-creation edits are needed by non-admin users
