Problem Statement:
Dashboard is not loading for the users.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
The dashboard is not loading because it has not been assigned to the users. When attempting to enable the dashboard for a user, an error is displayed:
“You do not have a license for this feature.”
Upon checking with our Engineering team, it was confirmed that the Permission Template feature is not enabled for this account. This is why the dashboard cannot be assigned.

Corrective Action:
Please reach out to the Billing Team and request them to enable the Permission Template feature for your account.
Once enabled, you will be able to assign dashboards to users without any issues.
