Homelane is an interior designing company with Head office in Bangalore and operating across multiple cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, NCR etc.

The main purpose of them using Leadsquared is to track calls of their sales users using Leadsquared Call and SMS tracker app. They are well aware that we do not support recording so mainly need the calling activities. Sales users performance and attendance is purely based on number of calls done by them on day to day basis. So we need to support the issues around it with importance. Attaching a document with screenshots of phone settings required.

They also use Salesforce where their lead data is mainly stored and processed and later pushed to Leadsquared using APIs. Integration is done by them using Leadsquared APIs. So sales users access these data in Leadsquared.
