Call Activity getting posted with status Faliure

Issue: Call Activity getting posted with status Faliure, even though the call is connected.




RCA: This is happening because as the provider is passing incorrect status which are not acceptable in our system 

Solution:
Kindly ask the provider to correct the status values passed. PFB the below screenshot, only these status values needs to be passed to make sure activity is posted correctly.
