This feature would enable guaranteed, high-visibility communication to mobile users directly within the app.
Current Challenges:
There is no in-app mechanism to deliver mandatory or high-priority messages to mobile users.
Customers currently rely on email, WhatsApp groups, or push notifications.
Notifications are often ignored or muted.
There is no way to ensure visibility of critical messages.
Managers cannot ensure compliance or adoption of new processes.
Impact:
This results in missed updates, compliance risks, process errors, and heavy reliance on external communication channels.
An in-app announcement widget would help ensure important updates are prominently displayed and acknowledged, improving communication effectiveness and operational compliance.
