  1. Why is the Lead Field value not auto-populated?
    Answer: Please check the schema name of the lead fields used. The Lead fields used were different in both forms, check the schema name to verify
  2. Why are the values not showing up in the drop-down list?
    Answer: Check the Rules defined to set the options from Mavis for the “Product” field
                     The missing values do not exist as part of the default options hence it won’t list 

  3. Why does the Read-only field become editable?
    Answer: Since these are Lead fields and it is a CREATE case, such fields will not be read-only. This is the expected behavior. If you want those fields to be read-only for new leads as well, please write a Form on load rule and make them read-only.

  4. Why you won’t be able to set/call rules for hidden fields?
    Answer – If that field is marked as true, then it is expected behavior we do not show all such fields in action part of Rules, be it made as hidden or non-hidden.
     5. How can we add the fields of more than 1 form in the Contact Form 7/ Elementor form connector mapping?
         Answer: All the fields in the different Contact Form 7 / Elementor forms have different schema. We can map the fields of all the different forms by editing the mapping of the    connectors and my adding all the fields of the different Contact Form 7/ Elementor forms at the same place. 

      6. Why for all the users the process button for the activity form is not visible in the account?
            Answer: Kindly check if in the Lead details view the activity action is hidden or not for the applied team. If the activity action is hidden then please move the              Activity to Action buttons section and save.

      7. Can we use a “Phone” type opportunity field for OTP validation in the forms?
            Answer: No, we currently do not support OTP validation for the Phone type opportunity field.

      8. Do sub-form have test option? How can we test the sub-form?
           Answer: Sub-form do not have test option. You can assign this sub-form to any primary form and test it via primary form.

      9. Why Export form HTML is not showing in manage forms?
          Answer: Export form HTML will be shown only when both landing page and portal are enabled. 

Question: While trying to fill a form, users are faced with an error message when filling the Mobile Number field. The error message is “Number should be atleast 10 digits”. This error occurs even though the lead field is configured to take in 7-15 digits.
Answer: This happens due to bad cache. To resolve this, remove the field from the form and add it back. This should resolve the issue.
