Issue: There is a discrepancy in the actual Sales activity date in ‘Activity History’ of lead details page and the date in the exported ‘Sales activity list report’
Reason: When a sales activity is added, the date and time are registered in the ‘Activity History’ in IST (Indian Standard Time) format.
But the reports that are exported and mailed are in the UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) format.
Workaround: Add a column in the Excel sheet of the report and add the given date and time by 05 hours 30 minutes to get the correct date and time. Note : Time difference between IST and UTC is 5 hrs 30 minutes.
Note: The same can followed if there is a discrepancy in date and time in other exported data.
