Mobile-App Sync Incomplete

Issue: When the user attempts to sync the mobile app, an error occurred, and the sync process did not complete.



Root Cause:  The sync does not get complete and fails because the API used in connector returned an error response. 
Additionally, as the customer configured the Mobile Cloud Calling Connector themselves, they added the same API to all three prerequisites which also failed and gave Internal Server Error.

Solution : Review the Mobile Cloud Calling connector configuration and ensure the correct APIs are added for the specified functionalities, even if only one of them is used by the customer.

Please note that the above-mentioned case may not apply to all clients, but you can use it as a troubleshooting process.
