To be able to use a custom/ system lead field value as an identifier/ search parameter in “Manage Leads” page.
Solution:
The lead field property “Include in quick search” can be enabled from the “Edit Lead Field” section to be able to use a lead field value as a search parameter in the “Manage Leads” page.
Points to note:
1. Only 10 active fields can be used as a search parameter at once.
2. This option is only available/ available by deafult for ESS based tenants (not available and cannot be enabled for DB tenants).
