
Issue:
The customer wanted to remove some specific users from the Leadsquared Usage alerts.

Solution:
Leadsquared Usage alerts will be sent to all the admins of the account by default. However we can configure the users to whom we have to send the alerts.
Please reach out to the tenant management team in which there is a setting called “Manage Usage Alerts to Administrators“, which will help you with the current users list which are configured and you can untoggle the users name for which the notifications are to be disabled.
