
Issue
– Sales User is out of the office, so she didn’t check in. Yet she received leads. Sales users shouldn’t receive leads if they aren’t’ checked in.

Associated Issues
– User has not used the platform past 2-3 days, yet there are leads assigned beyond checks in place for User Availability in the respective workflows.

Root Cause Analysis
– The user would have checked in on their last working day, but not “checking out” deems them as available throughout the in-between days which automatically triggered the distribution process.
– They would have have soft closed chrome or let heir system go to sleep, meaning they would have not logged out of the platform actively as well. Their session would have timed-out.
– This can be verified in the User Audit Log;

Solution
– The users need to Check-in and Check-out to mark their true availability status. Kindly communicate the same with substantial evidence.
