New CTM converse enablement issue

Problem Statement: Converse was not functioning even after being enabled from the new CTM connector.
 Root Cause (RCA): Converse was not enabled from the backend. As a result, even if it was enabled from the connector UI, the setting would automatically reset/disable after the final step.
 Corrective Action Taken: Engaged the Connector Team — Shashank Srivastav and Pawan Reddy — to enable Converse from the backend.
