Issue description: The client has reported that when they receive an inbound message from a lead their WATI (WhatsApp provider) webhook is getting disabled at their WATI portal due to which the messages are not getting received from leads to LSQ. Even if they enable the webhook again, it gets disabled after some time.
Cause for the issue:- This is because for WATI we do not support delivery report notifications. They have to keep only the inbound message payload enabled on their webhook.
Client has listed the below events at the time when the issue occurred:-
Solution:- We have request the client to disable delivery notifications like “message sent” in their webhook. They have to keep only the message received event as mentioned in the below screenshot.
