Issue: When trying to open the Leadsquared mobile application in MAC/iOS, the user may encounter an error: “Device not supported“
Root Cause: The error is seen if the user’s device has been manipulated/rooted for unknown reasons. Since this is a security threat to the data, the Leadsquared mobile application is not supported in JailBreak/Rooted devices.
Solution: It is recommended to use Apple Certified Devices or iOS to install and access the Leadsquared mobile application.
Note: The same is with android as well, the users will not be able to download the app if it is on a rooted device.
