Scenario: I have integrated Zopim chat with LeadSquared as per the steps described in the help portal, but still leads/ visitors are not entering their email ids in the chat tool and leads are not creating in LeadSquared.
Reason: If one has enabled automated triggers in Zopim account i.e. triggers will automatically post a message for the visitor who is visiting the particular page, prompting the user to chat with an agent. In this case, automated triggers option will override the pre-request form and will not ask the user to enter their email id. Due to this user will not provide email id and lead will not create in LeadSquared. PFA screenshot.
Solution: It’s not suggested to enable automated trigger option in Zopim chat tool, so that visitor can fill in their email ids and start chat, so that upon completion of chat, lead gets created in LeadSquared.
