Issue: There is an issue with the customer portal, where after inserting OTP and selecting the option of ‘Apply Now’ gets an error as mentioned below for the mentioned case.
Solution: This is an expected behavior, if the Portal is already open in one tab of the browser with user logged in and the user tries to open the portal link in another tab then the below message will be shown:


Please ask the user to sign out from the open tab or close all tabs in the browser and then open the Portal.
