Issue – Recently came across a issue where on the mobile application, the agent pop-up was showing this error while call was initiated.

Solution –
1 – Please do mandatory checks for API in Mobile Cloud Calling Connector, do a basic check.
2 – Please check if the User Associated Phone Number is added or not in the user profile.
These 2 checks can be performed to debug the issue and give a solution.
