You can encounter an issue where form page will be freezed while consecutively changing the form rules.
Reason for this issue is there must be any loop and rule must be contradicting other rule. Below is one example of the same:-

Instead of reaching out to product team or SRE team, check the rules one by one to figure out the loop.
