Problem statement: The customer is facing an issue where the Email templates page was throwing an error when they are trying to create a new campaign.
RCA: After checking with the Engineering team, we see that there are some email campaigns in which the length of the name is more than 100 characters.
Solution: The acceptable limit for the email campaign name is 100 characters and if the name is more than 100 characters, the error will be generated. To resolve this, please ask the customer to rename the email campaigns names and then check the templates page.
