SOP – CAM Mapping Request

Note: Check whether request is for Vistaar Sales or Vistaar Service.
 
Scenario 1
Check whether CAM is present or not.  
  1. Manage Users> Search for the CAM name.



If CAM is not present:
 
Create the CAM user Procedure shared in User creation SOP) = SOP User creation(New).docx
 
Note: As per the mail by ASM, If single CAM details are provided, Select all ASD’s & Map all the ASD’s to CAM.

If there is a Single CAM:
 
Manage ASD’s> Dealer code search with counter type ASD(Stage = Active) > ASD’s list> Select ASD’s >Change the owner.

If there are Multiple CAM’s:

Check if following details are provided by ASM

In case of Multiple CAMs

 

Dealer Code

ASD Name

CAM Name

CAM Mobile

SAP Code

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


If details are not provided: ASM needs to provide these details through mail.

If Details are provided then Map the CAM user:

Manage ASD’s> Dealer code search with counter type ASD(Stage = Active) > ASD’s list> Need to check according to ASD name/SAP code as it is Multiple CAM>  Select the ASDs >Change the owner.



Scenario 2

If the user already exists in Raftaar

While creating CAM profile, If CAM already exist in any other account (Raftaar): 

Take Approval from BU (Vivek/Som).


Email ID’s =
1. Kumar Vivek = kvivek@bajajauto.co.in
2. Som Debasis = sdebasis@bajajauto.co.in

When the approval comes> Deactivate the existing ID from Raaftar>Proceed with CAM ID creation.

Scenario 3

Resigned/Terminate the CAM user

Mail from ASM to Terminate the user> Confirmation mail to HO Vivek/Som.

Email ID’s =
3. Kumar Vivek = kvivek@bajajauto.co.in
4. Som Debasis = sdebasis@bajajauto.co.in

Once the confirmation from HO comes> Manage users> Settings> Deactivate. 


Take CAM Replacement details from ASM & create a new user & map it.
