Issue description: – While submitting a form we get the below error without any reason.
Cause for the error: – Kindly check the related process designer setting where the option “Save process progress” and “Restriction submission” will be enabled. This option will let you submit the form only once on the specific lead. If you open the form on the same lead for the second time it will throw the mentioned error while submitting the form.
Solution:- You can explain the option behavior and if that is not required for the client’s use case then the option can be disabled.
