Issues – Client has configured UTM Parameters on their Website , Tracking Script is also added in the Website. But UTMs are not getting captured.

If the customer has setup all configuration on their end, and still are not getting any data of UTMs on LS.
Solution : Kindly check the Billings and Usage of the account. We have licenses for Tracking Events in LS. If the Limit on LS side is exhausted, then it needs to be increased.
