1)Make sure that the lead is present with the given number in LSQ
2)Make sure that the phone number format is one amongst the below:

3)Make sure that the ‘Auto start manager’ is enabled for the app.
If the issue is not resolved then please collect the following information from user and send MOBILE TEAM the issue along with these details.
1. Please mention if you (support team) could reproduce the issue.
2. Ask for steps to reproduce the issue/ sequence of actions done by user when issue was faced.
3. Support access(atleast for 48hrs)
4. If it is any lead related issue then collect the respective lead details(lead details url).
5. If it is call related issue then collect the lead details(to whom the call has been made), time of call and call logs.
6. If it is a location tracking related issue then collect ‘Report url’.
