How to switch back to OLD UI in LeadSquared

Hi Team,

Concern: Many times Customers are facing issue where the New UI is a issue where many task such as Manage Forms ( Rules ) , Task & other operations are not working as they were working in Old UI

Steps to Switch Back to Old UI:

  • Oftentimes clients will report not getting the option to switch back to old UI from the top right. (Switching back has been disabled since the new product update recently)
  • Collect pain points from customer;
  • Raise a dev ticket to Megha Ranjere, cc’ing Varshini Bandaru or Neha Pareek. 
  • Specify the module where the switch back is required, such as Lead Details page 
  • Post dev’s confirmation, recheck again. Option will reappear.
