Problem Statement – Agent Pop-up is not appearing in the New UI.
In the new UI, the Agent pop-up form will no longer appear automatically. Instead, users will need to click on the form names, which will be available at the bottom of the screen during call initiation.
If we want the popup to open automatically without clicking on the form name there is advanced configuration setting to be enabled “Enable Default Opening of Disposition form in Marvin“
Additionally, if a lead already exists and a call is initiated, the user will be redirected to the lead detail screen.

If the lead is not existing in the CRM , pop up will appear as shown in the below screenshot.
