Upon checking the account for the raised query, kindly confirm the below things.

1. Did we checked their whatsapp inbound message payload.

2. Is the webhook configured correctly.

3. Are we getting hits on all their inbound messages.

Note – LSQ systems expect the payload to be sent in JSON format only.
