Issue: The lead source was captured empty for the new leads that are created through Inbound phone calls.
Analysis: The Universal telephony connector is used for making calls. Tested by submitting the agent pop up after disconnecting the calls but still the lead source was captured empty for the leads.
Workaround: After checking with the dev team, we see that the leads are created through Agent pop up not the call log even after submitting the agent pop up after disconnecting the calls. The work around for this is to change the agent pop up legacy form to a dynamic form.
