Issue:
Multiple automation failure with “Duplicate Detection Engine Failed” error in the Opportunity card.

Corrective Action:
1. Suggest retrying the automation to resolve the issue. This is majorly observed since at the specific time, the DB was under stress due to high volume of traffic. This caused some transient connection failures to DB. Retrying the automation should trigger the automation successfully.
2. If the issue persists even after retrying, a setting “FixProductDedupRule” needs to be enabled in the TM from the Engineering team.

Retrigger the automations upon 4 hours after the setting is enabled to resolve the issue.
