Work Day Template’s relation with Automation.

Hi Team,

You may have come across one of the very common issues with the lead distribution card where the lead must not have been assigned to any agents saying that none of the agents were available but if you checked the reports you may find any of the agents were available so before raising a DEV ticket please check the Workd day template applied to the user if the work day template applied to the user says that the user is not on normal day shift then the lead will not be assigned to the user irrespective of the fact that the user Checks Into the App.






If you check the above screenshot it says that the user should not be working on Saturday and Sunday hence if the user checks in on Saturday or Sunday then too the Leads Will not be distributed to the user.
