Scenario: The manage leads page shows some 2293 leads but in the exported Excel sheet, a lead count of only 2107 leads is visible.
Reason: Refer the screenshot below:
If one observes closely, one would notice that the user had selected only the first name lead field column in the Excel sheet. Upon checking, we found that the difference number of leads( 2293-2106= 187) 187 leads did not, in fact, have first name field filled in the lead details. Hence, the discrepancy.
In such scenarios, one can always go by some field name which might be inevitably filled in the Excel sheet: like in this case, it was Created by, Do not call, Do not Email, etc.
