1. Why are we not able to we automation reports for some leads or why is not the green trigger line not visible for automations with long wait cards ?
Answer: The automation reports data is stored only for 90 days after its creation
2. Can we increase the maximum number of cards in automation?
Answer: By default, we can add 75 cards in automation. It can be increased to up to 100 cards by the SRE Team based on the use case.
3. Why can’t I add a ‘SubAutomation’ card in the automation?
Answer: The sub-automation feature is only available in lead based trigger type automations.
4. How can the task owner be changed automatically when the lead owner is changed?
Answer: We can get the ‘UserTask_Update_OnLeadOwnerChange’ feature enabled in tenant management4. How can the task owner be changed automatically when the lead owner is changed?
5. Why is the automation card not getting processed even when all the conditions are satisfied (Provided a date time field is present in the automation card)?
Answer: As per the default system behavior when the date field is mail merged with the date time type value, the ‘Multi If/Else’ automation card with the evaluation condition for that field would not render the desired result after the evaluation.
On the other hand the ‘If/Else’ card would be able to perform the evaluation even if the date type field is mail merged with the date time value.
6. A particular user has the access for the lead share entity, when checked there are across 8000 leads present in the system but for the user only 2000 leads are visible, why?
Answer: The Maximum lead share entity given to a user at first will be 2000 post that if the Admin wants to increase the lead share entity for the user it can be increased till 4000 by O2C team but beyond 4000 is not advisable, you can ask the admin to create another user and give the lead share entity to the other user as a workaround so that total 8000 leads will be visible to 2 users.
7. Can we mark complete the task from Automation?
Answer: We cannot mark a task as complete via automation.
8. What is the default wait time for Wait Until Activity Card.
Answer: The default time for Wait Until Activity Card is 3 mins.
9. The field was bulk updated manually, but the automation associated with the field update was not triggered.
Answer: Kindly ensure that the Bulk automation should be enabled for the account.
