Scenario: The activity owner mapped in Whatsapp variable is taking the user’s ID instead of the user’s name.
Root cause: The client had the following mapping configured in the Whatsapp template.
Object: Activity; Field: Owner will always give you the owner ID and not the actual details of the owner.
Solution: We need to advise the customer to use “Activity Owner” Object and chose the Field “First Name” against it. Refer the below image for the sample:
