Regenesys is a Management college with their branches in Mumbai, South Africa and Nigeria. The users in the account are operating from these same city/countries.
They are into Standard Leadsquared plan and have also opted for additional dedicated IP. Email configurations are done using Sendgrid.
Leads come into their account through various webpages (connected using WordPress connector) and they do import lots of leads that they capture from various other campaigns like fb, google, instagram.
Mumbai team does inbound and outbound calls through Knowlarity configured using UTC and SMS is sent using Leadsquared SMS service.
