Duplicate call logs from mobile app

Issue: Duplicate call logs coming in from Leadsquared mobile app.

Resolution:
1. If the customer does not wants to sync the calls from Leadsquared mobile app at all then we can disable the “Track Call” option.

Navigation – Setting -> Mobile App -> Permissions -> Call and SMS.


2. If the customer wants to track calls from Leadsquared mobile app but avoid the duplicate logs, then raise it to dev team(Mobile/telephony) to enable a backend setting.
